Waiting Time is charged at £15.00 per hour,
first 10 minutes are not charged unless
the driver has waited more than 10 minutes

Parking and Tolls Charged at cost
Valeting (for any spoiling of the vehicle
interior) £75.00 per incident

Cancellation charge
No charge if driver has not been dispatched,
if you have prepaid the money this will
be refunded subject to administration charges
(25% of amount charged)

How can I pay for the service?
We’ve made it as simple as possible by giving
you as many options as possible. You can
set up a credit account as a corporate or
individual customer (subject to approval)
or you can pay by cash to the driver or
you can pay online, online
payments are subject to a 5% administration
charge

What kind of car do you use?
Our main fleet consist of executive cars
(Mercedes E-Class and MPV's) other vehicles
are available upon request like buses and
vans

How can I get a receipt?
You can obtain a receipt from your driver
at the time of payment or if you have paid
online then you will receive by email (VAT
inclusive)

Where will I find my driver at the airport?
The driver will meet you at the INFORMATION
DESK / ARRIVALS BARRIER in the Terminal gate where they will
be holding a sign with your name on it or
the specified name that was given when the
booking was made.

Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the Public
Carriage Office which is the division of
the Mayor’s Office that governs the Private
Hire industry in London. Our license number
is 1340

Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, all of our drivers are licensed by
the Public Carriage Office and have gone
through extensive in-house training to ensure
their knowledge of driving, safety, customer
service and our technology is the best in
the industry.

No, not for the moment

What happens if I have a complaint?
Just email us on complaints@minicabhire.com
with your complaint. All complaints are
taken seriously and dealt with immediately

How far in advance do airport pick-ups
need to be booked?
Normally we require 24 hours notice. A Minicab
may be booked as far ahead as you like.

What happens if my flight arrives late
for my London airport transfer pickup?
This is not a problem. Your flight is confirmed
for the actual landing time and not scheduled
time. We will be aware of any delays and
your driver will be there when your flight
arrives.

Is there a charge for waiting time for
airport transfer pickups?
Quoted fares include the first half hour
waiting, After this there is a charge of
£15 per hour to cover parking fee's. Part
hours are charged accordingly. So a total
of one hour waiting time would be £15 extra.
However 30 minutes often is as long as it
takes for you to collect your luggage and
so in that instance no extra charges would
occur. Waiting time is only calculated from
the time the flight has actually landed.
