Q Are you a licensed company?
Yes we are a fully Public Carriage licensed company that enables us to carry out all our services under the regulations set out by the Government. All our vehicles and drivers have PCO permits.
Q What is your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q What happens if the flight is delayed or early?
You do not need to worry if your flight happens to be delayed or if it arrives early, you will not incur any extra charges. We always monitor the status of all flights online and send the driver accordingly.
Q What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight happens to be cancelled then please do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will put your booking on hold for 24 hours till your flight is transferred.
Q Are your prices fixed?
Yes all our prices are fixed and you will not be charged a penny more. However, in the case of change in destinations, diversions and additional drop-offs, extra charges may incur.
Q How early do i need to book?
The earlier you make your booking with minicabhire the better. Booking more than 24 hours in advance is always best.
Q Am i allowed to smoke in the minicab?
Sorry but smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle as it is against the law.
Q Where do i meet my driver at the airport?
Normally at airport information desks. Your designated driver will be holding an easily visible white board with your name written on it.
